The funds of the Joliet Township High Schools Foundation are held in general accounts and in the Brenton Wadsworth Endowment.  Thanks in great part to the generosity of Mr. Wadsworth, the Endowment Dividend account has generated thousands of dollars in interest earnings that are earmarked annually for grants for students and faculty and scholarships for graduating seniors.

 

Mr. Wadsworth, a 1947 graduate of Joliet Township High School, attended the University of Illinois and founded an international golf course construction firm.  He believes in the mission of the Foundation.  He notes that "JT gave me everything I needed to succeed in life and I feel it's appropriate for graduates to give back - not just to universities, but to other institutions that shaped their lives."
